The Triemirate, founded from the worlds of Nayr, Semaj, and Rednaz, Governed by three Emira, is centered on Yazatist religious beliefs. Viewing all intelligent life as lesser deities aiming to return to a sacred supreme being, known only to the Emira. Androids, created by humans on some long lost non-viable world, but now capable of self replication through their reproduction covens, are advanced biomechanical organisms that have their largest population within the Triemirate. The Triemirate upon the discovery of corridor travel quickly became the preeminent trade power in the Jambles. Eclipsing even the Venti trade network they ushered in a golden age of scientific, industrial and territorial expansion. Tensions naturally ensued as jambles populations fought back, though with little success. Until that the Venti republic intervened. The following war quickly became attritional, with both sides suffering heavy losses, matched as they were in doctrine and material. The republic favored Armournauts to supplement their senate guard while the Triemirate effectively utilized asymmetric naval warfare to negate the republic's vast numerical advantage. It might have remained at a perpetual stalemate if not for one fateful naval engagement.
The Al-Furqan, a cruiser that wreaked havoc on the Republic, having slipped through its cordons and into the industrious middle drift. For 8 years it pillaged until a disastrous encounter with the minelayer Sicuro led to both crews being stranded. In a dire situation, they chose to collaborate for survival, this collaboration led to a handful of Androids passing through the Venti Republic under the guise of civilian traders having struck a bargain with their new venti crewmates. Their Captain Mythra Yhaddam was hailed as hero of the Triemirate upon her return, her triumph toured the worlds of Semaj, Nayr, and Rednaz, she appeared to be a beacon of hope for the Triemirate.
Her promotion brought her more influence than ever, so elevated was she that she was granted audiences with all three emira, the highest honor a citizen of the Triemirate can attain. More than that as an android she was offered to have her mind become a template for the reproduction coven. This rite is reserved only for the most esteemed or accomplished or brilliant individuals. Future androids would have their basal cognitive constructs based on hers. Her treachery was as devastating as it was shocking during her triumph she smuggled a truly terrible weapon into the heart of the Triemirate.
The technology was salvaged from the devastated world of Mullebachem, a mobile factory capable of self-assembly and replication. This factory could produce an array of machines, that together in great numbers could overrun entire cities. Each factory would establish one tower, which would act as something of a brain and storage area. Factories without towers where chaotic and disorganised disgorging hordes of machines in random directions as they sifted the earth for materials. but towers, once established guided the machines, with an immense capacity for creativity and learning, towers could quickly overwhelm entire nations, permitting greater adaption and ingenuity in their designs. But In their relentless pursuit of resources, the factories quickly turned on one another, mistaking their creations for threats. The ensuing chaos ravaged Semaj, Nayr, and Rednaz, transforming their lands, seas and skies into perpetual battlegrounds where the machines of Mullebachem clashed, leaving devastation in their wake.
In the turmoil, Mythra seized one of the remaining reproduction covens, brutally eliminating the Android Emira in the process. With this act, she sought to escape to the Venti Republic, hoping to create a new life for herself and her loyal followers. However, her plans unraveled when the new Prolocutor, Hiram Iskaniel, denied her entry. Following the death of Duran Hamlycar, Iskaniel had brokered a tenuous peace with the remnants of the Triemirate. He intended Mythra be handed back as a token of goodwill. Desperate, Mythra founded a rogue coven that steadily grew until it was rumored to possess colonies and orbital bases in the distant frontier. While she evaded capture, her name became synonymous with treachery, a symbol of the betrayal that had fractured the Triemirate.
The fall of the Triemirate was far from final, though they could never meaningfully challenge the republic alone like they had in their golden age. Their ever closer ties with the lunar union and Temple have allowed them to expand their influence within the jambles once more. At but a fraction of their former strength they still are the largest power with the jambles and have benefitted greatly activation of the 4th pillar and the discovery of the frontier. All routes to the frontier lead through their territories and this influx of traffic has allowed them to fund their own efforts to exploit the new region. So established in the frontier, the current Android Emira Asma Arwa Lina has made her residence in Sophia Station within the Lagrange Nations Assembly. Not satisfied with merely a trade presence she has decreed the frontier a holy promised land of the Triemirate, dispatching a number of reproduction covens to establish colonies.
Armournauts are prominent in Triemirate space, utilizing their more stable territory in the Jambles as a base for operations. They might be passing through Core Ward on a retirement run or heading to the frontier, drawn by its wealth and opportunities. The most skilled Armournauts settle in the Triemirate primarily for scavenging runs on Semaj, Rednaz, and Nayr, which offer profits rivaled only by pillarite stalking in the Castigor Exclusion Zone, artifacting on Morganna, or exploring the Lha’Maggean arcologies.
These scavengers compete fiercely for dive sites, with the boldest targeting factory or tower components often requiring hundreds of individuals for such operations. Having to contend with veritable armies of drone forms. Smaller bands typically sift through the remnants of machine battles or these larger bands operations before recyclers arrive. Drone components are especially valued for their integration into vehicles, enhancing performance significantly. Others seek armaments and equipment only available from these machines. Superpowers reportedly pay top dollar for intact towers, while the Triemirate plans a systematic reclamation of these worlds, aiming to eliminate the machines within the next 70 years. Though initial foothold have been secured at great loss of life, many are doubtful that Armournauts who are highly reliant on the Mullebachem component trade will have sufficient will or skill to support the Triemirate towards this goal.
